Please note: The benefits of each juice formula are far and wide. Each type of produce has unique compounds and nutrients that benefit a wide range of processes in the human body. What each juice formula has in common is that they contain a lot of naturally occuring clean drinking water. There are vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, flavonoids, phytochemicals, and much more in every juice. Additionally, there are macro nutrients that vary depending on the produce used. Macronutrients are the nutrients you need a lot of and your body does not produce on its own — carbohydrates, protein and fat.

Oh, you think you know better than the juice masters? There's not a great deal of protein in juice. There are more unprocessed amino acids in fresh made juice than there are in amino acid dietary supplements. Like a supplement capsule with amino acids, juice does not need to go through a long digestive process! Less energy is used to absorb and utilize the compounds than other foods.
